We try to understand each client’s business from the ground up and the top down. Our goal is to anticipate potential employment law traps so that we can recommend employment policies and procedures that comply with California and federal employment law, protect the client’s interests, and minimize potential legal threats to the client.

We believe that the traditional billable hour model for legal services generally does not deliver good value to business clients. Instead, Vision Law has developed three innovative 
billing programs designed to provide clients with efficient and results-oriented service. In addition to our regular reasonable hourly rates, clients can choose:
- Predictable Fees ProgramSM (PFP) offers unlimited help, advice, and review services to avoid lawsuits in the first place, all delivered for a low monthly flat rate fee.
- Litigation Credits ProgramSM (LCP) offers an additional way to protect your small business while lowering your legal costs in the event of a lawsuit.
- Share in the Risksm Litigation Defense Program (SIR) we actually share in your risk in the event of employment law litigation. Why? Because we have confidence in our preventive advice.
