1 PFP = Predictable Fees Program®. Monthly flat rate quoted applies to employers with up to 49 workers (employees, full/part time, and independent contractors). Monthly flat rate increases $100 per every 50 workers.
2 LCP = Litigation Credits Program. Monthly flat rate quoted applies to employers with up to 49 workers (employees, full/part time, and independent contractors). Monthly flat rate increases $200 per every 50 workers.

4 SIR = Share In The Risk Litigation Defense Program®. The SIR is a litigation defense program that is billed by the hour, but discounts Vision Law®’s standard hourly fees depending on the outcome of the litigation. Up to 40% off our attorney’s fees if we “lose.” (“Win,” “Lose” or “Tie/Draw” is defined on a case by case basis with client input in the event a lawsuit is filed. Therefore “Lose” will be defined only after a lawsuit is filed against the PFP/LCP client.)
